There is a person in the office named Jared. I attempted to possibly speak with Kim. He stated she’s in meetings all day. I said okay. May I leave a message for Kim to call me. He asked why? I told Jared that this was not my first attempt to speak with Kim. Jared then proceeded to say very kurt like. She doesn’t have time for me. Jared told me that is why he’s there. Just not warm and friendly, Jared seemed put off. Wouldn’t even open the door. I had something to share with Kim only. Jared again told me no.?
This isn’t good customer service. I lived in many apartments of Equity and never was treated like I was no one that mattered. Kim too for that matter. She makes it impossible to get a hold of. I do however, love Ashley. Thank you for looking into this matter. Lorraine Walters
Oh, and the landscaping is poorly taken care off.
